As we all know, life has a way of presenting us with challenges that sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether the barriers to a more satisfying life are internal or external, we have the option of finding our own unique path to resolution rather than descending into anger and despair. I have been in practice for 25+ years. During that time it has been my privilege to be a partner and guide in the journey to healing for a great many individuals and couples. Treatment is always tailored to the needs of the individual - no "one size fits all". Insight Oriented Psychotherapy and Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Mindfulness Therapy are frequently the treatment approaches of choice.
